If you need a refund:

– Once we approve it, we’ll take 3 working days to process it.
– The refund amount will typically reach your bank account within 7-10 working days. However, this may vary depending on your bank.
– If you paid with UPI/credit/debit card or net banking, the refund will go back to the same account.

Terms and Conditions:

– All products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with price tags, labels, barcodes, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices. Also, include accessories, freebies, and original boxes.
– If any product is returned without these, we won’t accept it.
– Keep the packaging for 30 days after delivery in case you need to return the product.
– If any accessory or component is missing (like a jar or lid), we’ll check with our delivery partner. If confirmed missing, we’ll send you the missing item or reimburse you.
